Wendy Wolly and the secret socks.

Miss Wendy Woolie loves to knit for everyone but especially for children. She sells all her colourful creations in her little village shop called ‘Wendy’s Woolie Wonders”. From the outside it looks like any other ordinary children’s clothes shop full of colourful knits and cosy winter scarves in the window. But one day when a five year old boy called Ben Ingles and his mother Millie step inside Wendy’s Wooly Wonders to buy Ben a new hat for school, they quickly realise this little village shop is not ordinary at all. In fact, everything about it is quite extraordinary especially Miss Wendy Woolie.

Created for the Civic Theatre’s Ready, Steady, Show! Mini-Fest on 12th September 2017.
