“Rudy”  feedback

Garbo Productions gave 20 performances of “Rudy” in nine libraries over two weeks. Reviews were uniformly excellent from children, teachers and library staff. The issues addressed in the play were relevant to the children and explored the causes of anti-social behaviour in a very powerful and yet moving way.

The quality of the writing and acting was of a very high theatrical standard – one teacher commented that it was the best theatre-in-education production he had ever seen.
An added value to the schools was the creation of a teacher’s workpack and a photography competition which further enhanced the message.
30 schools saw the production and twelve of these took part in the photography competition
.

“It was a terrific production. The acting was superb!!. It was so realistic. It brought tears to my eyes – I was so moved”.

“The performance was brilliant & enthralling” “The children never took their eyes off the stage and were silent throughout the performance they were so captivated”
